Adrienne is from country Victoria and relocated to Torquay on the Surf Coast in 2020. Adrienne became a physiotherapist in order to work closely with people and make a positive impact on their well-being whilst also helping people of all abilities be their best self.

Adrienne has a love for learning about people, places and everything in between. She is always looking to find new things to experience and explore. Cooking (and of course eating) are some of her favourite pastimes, along with being outdoors and spending time with family and friends.

Adrienne joins Forefront Physiotherapy Geelong after relocating from Melbourne. Adrienne graduated from La Trobe University and has since worked in a variety of settings in Melbourne; private practices, Clinical Pilates studios, Reformer Pilates studios, local sporting clubs, in the community with NDIS and within the aged care sector.

Adrienne has a passion for helping all people optimise their function and stay pain free to enjoy their life. Adrienne has had extensive experience in delivering Clinical Pilates rehabilitation programs and finds this form of rehabilitation extremely rewarding for both herself and the patient outcomes. Her special interests include Sports Physiotherapy, Clinical Pilates and working with people with disabilities.
