About:

James grew up with a passion for movement, participating in a wide variety of sports including football, tennis, and water skiing. After navigating several sporting injuries of his own, the time he spent recovering with his physiotherapist sparked a lifelong interest in exercise and rehabilitation. This drove him to complete a Bachelor of Exercise Science before earning his Master of Physiotherapy Practice.

James joined the Forefront Physiotherapy team in 2024, bringing with him invaluable international experience. Before returning to Australia, he spent two years working as a physiotherapist in England, where his clinical work included falls management within the NHS and providing specialised care for young adults with physical and intellectual disabilities.

With his strong foundation in exercise science, James takes a dynamic, movement-focused approach to treatment. He is incredibly passionate about empowering his patients to reduce pain and live their lives to the absolute fullest. Outside of the clinic, James practices what he preaches by staying active with running, cycling, and strength training. He also shares a deep love for travel and is usually busy planning his next big adventure.
