About

Steph grew up in Melbourne with a strong passion for sports, particularly AFL, and a deep interest in movement. Her desire to help others improve their mobility and achieve long-term wellness led her to pursue a Bachelor of Applied Science and a Master of Physiotherapy at La Trobe University. Outside of work, Steph enjoys spending time at the beach, travelling and socialising with family and friends. She also loves to stay active through Pilates and running.

Career

Steph joined the Forefront Physiotherapy team in 2025 as a new graduate from La Trobe University. Through experience working with an amateur football club, she developed a strong interest in sports injury management and rehabilitation. Steph is passionate about restoring mobility and optimising movement mechanics in her patients’ everyday lives, using a holistic approach to care. She is committed to helping individuals understand their bodies and build sustainable, effective habits for long-term health and well-being.
